Episode 46: Be the educator, not the implementor

After returning from vacation one thought I had was how do I transition from doing everything in my business to delegating. I’ve reached a crossroad where I think that in order for my business and myself to grow I need to be an educator. Now how do I do that? Any thoughts? Message or comment and let me know.
