Dauntless Design Collaborative is currently looking for a Project Architect/Manager to assist with the firm's project workload. Projects range from single-family residential projects to Building Information Modeling Consulting projects for Designers, Consultants, or Contractors. These projects include Senior Living Facilities, Casino Security and Surveillance Systems, and Electrical Systems for Hospitals and Laboratories. Projects are located primarily in the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas.
The office works primarily out of Revit, so the candidate must be proficient in Revit. Candidate must also be familiar with Autodesk BIM360 and working in a cloud collaborative environment. The candidate must also possess a working knowledge of construction techniques, and have had experience working and coordinating with project clients, consultants, and contractors. The position is not for a student or someone with limited experience. A minimum of three years working experience is required.
The position can be remote for the right candidate. The compensation will be paid on a per project basis to start with the possibility of full-time in the future.
