THE PROJECT
Originally a pharmacy, this restaurant renovated the existing first floor into an intimate dining space with an open kitchen. The kitchen included a brand new wood-fired pizza oven for preparation of pizzas and various small plate menu items. A brand new commercial kitchen was installed as part of the project, which included dry storage and a walk-in cooler and freezer at the rear of the building. The main dining area seated 40 guests, with a private dining area at the front that seated an additional 6-8 guests.
