THE PROJECT
This single family bayfront home is located on the Shelter Haven lagoon, and takes advantage of the view from the rear of the house. Three bedrooms on the second floor, and the open living and dining room, along with the kitchen all have a view out to the lagoon. The home is built with breakaway walls and flood vents to allow flood waters to flow under the home in the case of a flood.
